I have a passion for local history and landscape and I am in always in awe of the beautiful countryside I am lucky enough to live in.  The story of the emigrants cairn, famine and emigration really struck a cord with me and inspired me to research and dig deeper into the stories of the famine and how it affected this area.  It's a story that's not often told in Ulster, when in fact parts of the region were devastated by famine.

Having 9 years experience in tourism and a love of history I am very excited to combine the two and offering walking tours and full & half day experiences telling the stories of the people affected by An Gorta Mor in the this area.
